Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and cookware. Fridge, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and tea are provided. Dishwasher tablets and bin bags are also provided.
Coffee
A bean-to-cup coffee machine, cups and everything for slow breakfasts indoors or on the terrace.
Films and music
4K projector onto the wall, Netflix, YouTube and 76 EON TV channels. Portable speaker and acoustic guitar.
Wi-Fi and work
Starlink Wi-Fi in the cabin and outdoors, with speeds up to 300 Mbps (actual speeds vary). A portable laptop table is provided.
Comfort in every season
Excellent insulation, air conditioning, a battery-powered portable smart fan in summer and an additional radiator in winter.
Lighting and atmosphere
Smart lighting throughout the house with adjustable brightness and colour temperature, plus remote control. Candles for the evening.
Bathroom
A spacious shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. A safe and first-aid kit are also provided in the cabin. Each guest receives large, medium and small towels.
Outdoors and downtime
Binoculars, books, board games, hammock, and a forest hideaway with a mattress, pillows and blankets.
Useful extras
Vacuum cleaner, mosquito repellent, firewood and fire starters, plus plenty of parking space.

Dushka is within Zagorske Gore Nature Park. Around 80% of the property is left with naturally growing grass to support wildflowers, insects and small wildlife.
Wild strawberries, plums and meadow flowers appear in summer. Rather than a perfectly trimmed lawn, we choose a living landscape.
The people behind Dushka.
Martina comes from Belec, Ruslan from Russia. What brought us together was a shared love of nature and a similar outlook on life. Over nearly ten years of travelling around Europe, we unknowingly gathered ideas for a place we would love to discover ourselves.
We brought those ideas to life on family land beneath Mount Ivanščica. We gave a neglected meadow and small woodland a new purpose, while keeping their old local name — Dushka — associated with the wind that often blows here.
We keep developing Dushka ourselves, one thoughtful detail at a time. We want it to remain simple, comfortable and close to nature — somewhere you can truly switch off.

Where is Dushka, and what kind of stay is it?+
Dushka is a private wooden cabin with an officially classified four-star studio apartment in Belec, Croatian Zagorje, beneath Mount Ivanščica, within Zagorske Gore Nature Park. The entire property has no immediate neighbours and is ideal for a quiet getaway for two, time in nature or remote working. It is around one hour by car from Zagreb.
Check-in and check-out+
Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Confirmed guests receive their PIN and access instructions shortly before arrival.
Guest registration+
Registration is digital via mVisitor and is required for every overnight guest. Personalised instructions arrive before check-in.
Smoking and safety+
No smoking indoors and no parties. Always lock the ladder wheels before climbing to the loft. The projector is pre-aligned and must not be moved.
Pets+
Pets are welcome if announced beforehand. The property is not fully fenced.
Wi-Fi and working+
Starlink covers both the cabin and outdoor space. A portable laptop table is available.
